MATERIALS AND TECHNOLOGIES
We have access to the highest quality local and exotic woods and a wide range of natural and modified veneers. We process all elements on CNC machines, which gives unlimited production possibilities. We offer a variety of finishes for finished furniture: starting with matt clear lacquer, through various types of stains, oils and waxes, and ending with high-gloss lacquer.
As with wood, we also process MDF boards on CNC machines. In addition, we have colours from the NCS sampler, which enables us to produce furniture in any shade of any colour. Finishing in matt, satin or high gloss is not a problem. In addition, we offer the production of elements with rust, glitter and many, many other effects.
We also manufacture furniture entirely in steel or incorporating steel components. We make bent parts, 3D laser-cut parts, powder-coated parts. Everything is designed in Solid Edge, so that, as in previous cases, we have practically unlimited production possibilities and total control over the result.
Thanks to our partnerships with many companies, we have a wide range of mirrors and glass of all kinds. Mirrors are available in various colours such as pink, smoky, copper and many more. Thanks to bevelling and cutting, the shapes of the mirrors can be customised to suit your needs. On the other hand, to make safety or tempered glass, we only need a few days.
As a company that is capable of completing any order comprehensively, we also have an upholstery shop and access to a large library of fabrics. We can easily select fabrics suitable for residential premises as well as public facilities. Caring for the comfort and safety of future users of these spaces, we have included stain-resistant and flame-retardant materials in our offer.
We have many years of experience in the processing of materials such as Hanex or Corian. Thanks to tools with diamond plates, we can process the above-mentioned materials on CNC machines, and thus make complex shapes out of them. We offer gloss or mat finish - depending on the design. Thanks to our knowledge of the industry, we have access to a wide range of natural stones, quartz sinters and various types of materials.
